Managing Principal:     Thomas C. Berger, CSI, CDT, SCIP

Tom has spent the last 29 years in the Architectural field, Construction Administration and Program Management, including four years overseeing a Facilities Planning & Design Department for a large Health Care organization in Arizona.   Before founding DTR, he managed a local A/E office of a nationally known architectural firm, responsible for Quality Control, Manpower, Project Specifications, and Client Relations for all projects in the California office.   He continues to utilize his experience working with Architectural/Engineering clients providing technical support in a variety of services.   Mr. Berger also oversees all firm operations and is heavily involved in client relations in California, Nevada and Arizona.

Principal in the Firm:     Gail D. Baker

Gail oversees business operations, assists in the preparation of technical documents, "Complete Check" peer review/plan check discipline reports and provides research assistance on new products. Her professional experience spans 20 years in finance, managing office personnel, coordinating project teams, as well as proofing contract documents.

Technical Staff:

DTR Consulting utilizes senior and seasoned staff with solid technical experience and extensive construction field experience where lessons learned have been compiled into our project specifications, material recommendations and plan check "Complete Check" checklists.   Together our technical staff has over 50 years experience in the Quality Control and specification writing experience with Construction Documents in identifying potential constructability, Code/ADA, and inter-disciplinary coordination issues on drawings and specifications and with working with Design Professionals in resolving these issues prior to bid.
